Our Role
The St George Wharf Complex is a range of residential buildings located on the waterfront of the River Thames. The most recent building to be completed, called the Tower or One St George Wharf, was completed in 2014. At the time of construction, it was the tallest solely residential tower in the United Kingdom and one of the tallest in Europe at 185.4m with 48 residential floors. At the top of the building is a 11.4m wind turbine.
The development comprises over 1,100 apartments, as well as offices, retail units and restaurants. The mixed-use development totals 93,000 sq m (1,000,000 sq ft).
